Stuck: Can't look at the photos in Kelli's room

I checked a walkthrough and it says I should be able to click on the pictures on the billboard in Kelli's room to get the "davenport" note, but Rosa just says "I'm not lugging that thing around" when I click on it. I already grabbed the notebook using Joey's trick, but now I'm stuck.Is this a bug? How do I reload the game?
