No cloud for user

Hello,
this message pops up really often, when i finish a level, click next level and more. I have cloud saving disabled and i don't want to enable it. But i also don't want to click away this window all the time. Can you please fix that?

i saw that there was a patch today so i started the game, hoping that it would fix my problem. Unfortunately, it didn't. Can you please fix this bug? Thank you.

I started today and have the same thing so a new download is no fix for this.
