What about those combats?
I played Technobabylon and really loved it, so I bought Gemini Rue, from the same studio. And then I saw, that there are combats. :squirtmeh: Only six in the whole game, but ... :rollSad:
I checked a Let'sPlay and the combats look quite annoying - and are only playable with keyboard, no mouse, right?
What else can you tell me about them? Is there a time limit? Did you like them? It feels so wrong placed in a Point&Click-Game ... I want to relax and take all the time I want, and not some silly minigame-combats getting on my nerves.
I know this game's story must be awesome, that's not the point. No one has to persuade me of this. Just some more info or opinions about the combats would be nice. :cactuar:

they're very annoying and pace-breaking, but definitely doable without too much trouble. I always just stayed in cover until the enemy ran out of bullets, then came out as they were reloading and got a quick shot on them as they came out of cover, rinse repeat. Don't waste your time with the breathing/headshot thing, not worth it.
hey, thanks, that's very helpful. :squirtyay: i'll try.
It's a really small part of the game. It's worth putting up with for the story.
