what does it mean? there's no indication given.

You can take a screenshot pressing F12. The screenshot is saved in the Steam folder of your computer. You can upload it on imgur.com or your steam account!

If you refer to the small exclamation mark on the deposit already being mined, that indicates a mine that will soon run out of resources. As uranium mines start with much less units available (Though the mining process appears to be somewhat slower), the exclamation mark appears rather early.

no. at the bottom of the screen is the horizontal bar of your resources. raw to the left, manufactured to the right. on the uranium quantity, there is an exclamation point with a yellow background.

Also happened to me recently. I believe the exclamation mark appeared, when the overall capacity of all my mines (aka Total reserves) went below 400 units. (May be it was slightly higher value, but I've noticed it just below 400 units)
