I let the game run a couple hours unatended, not much happened. I'll take a closer look.
It took me 3 hours with the game running at full speed and doing absolutely nothing to get the oxygen level at the right percentage.
I already have open cities so how can the O2 ect be far off?
I don't know at which stage you are and what objectives you still need to do.
Are you lacking O2 in stage 4? Extract CO2 from regolith with nuclear extractors and build more biodomes, far from the roads and in open space, also raise the water level and temperature, otherwise, it won't spread.
Are you at stage 5 and have too much O2? Build tons of oxygen capture plants, and nitrate extractors, and import tons of nitrates and GHG from your spaceports.
