Unlocking Lohitanga ruin with command prompt
There seems to be an issue with this quest for me, I have unlocked and researched ruins 1-3, but the 4th is not appearing and I don't think it will. Does anyone know how I can do so with the command prompt "`"? I am not a coder and can't really understand some of the modding tutorials I have read on the subject...

Any help would be appreciated.

You're supposed to find it with an areological scanner. You can reveal it with the command RevealAllSpecialSites, though using console commands will disable achievements.

The entire area sector has already been revealed with scanners, it just never appeared

Oh I seem not to be the only one having issues with this mission ! On my end,quest 1 and 2
spawned , 3 and 4 did not.

FWIW, I don't seem to recall having any problems with the Lohitanga ruins.

Just needed to wait about 5 years after each site is researched before the next popped up.
