Update? General overhaul of storage center functionality.
OK So I really was expecting something better for this update for version 1.2 but it still has the flawed concept of minimums. What's the point of having minimums if those minimums don't distribution to buildings that need those parts?

For example, I was testing this out and I wanted to build a nuclear plant using uranium, steel, electronics, aluminum. So I put minimum of 10 of these each for the storage building and tried to build the power plant near the storage, but nothing would be removed from the storage. SO WHAT'S THE POINT???? Why even have minimums then??? Am I missing something? There should be a way where we can choose to allow for the item to be taken out for whatever reason, as needed. By placing a minimum, it should just be to order extra parts that's not needed, just as if the storage building is like a building that is needing parts to be built. The demand should be exactly the same, but the only difference is, the bots can take away the parts/items as needed. This building can be thought of medium priority pulling in low priority items (buildings that have these parts but are in low priority) then it goes to this building as medium priority, then any building that's being built is higher priority than the storage minimum's demand.

So again, what is the general overhaul that you guys put on the update notes then? I see no difference. I was expecting a fix from storage centers so I took the time to play the game again but still this is broken! Unplayable!

And by the way, even if I manually decrease the minimum so that those parts could be used up, it then gets removed. Why??? I didn't decrease the maximum so why is it forcing to liquidate when the minimum means minimum???
