Report a translation problem
The very bottom row should be red and should include a trash can icon on the left, and it should read "Demolish" or something like that.
Know that the demolition is not instantaneous. Once you decide to do it, the workers have to come by and pick up the salvaged resources and take them elsewhere.
Sometimes the building will then disappear after a while, including the road connections. Other times, it'll just sit there telling you it's been demolished. I don't understand exactly the circumstances, but it seems more likely to disappear if it hasn't been there long, as in for example, you built it then right away changed your mind.
