localization files and workshop

Hi! As you can see from my profile I am an amateur translator. I saw that now this game has a workshop. Since I don't own the game yet, I would like to ask if there is a localization folder inside the main folder, or if the files are packed. Thank you.

Hello. The folder with localization is in: Steamapps\common\Per Aspera\datamodel\Localization.

However, I have no experience with creating mods and don't know how to set up "manifest.yaml".
You need to create a mod for new localization.

Hi!
We have the localization folder in the datamodel.
Those are CSV files (can be opened with a notepad)
