Because there is so much rng involved in resources, and few alternative paths in the resource tree, there isn't much way to adapt to this, shy of new-lander cheese.
+1 to this thread for demand purposes
This would be the best way to do it, let us still build in those submerged research and resource nodes but have to research into the tech that lets us use floating platforms for energy and repairs and have submersible worker drones.
I would love to be able to harvest water from the ocean.
maybe even a tech tree that improve range and durability of buildings , workers and maybe even some new buildings like harbors on the coast line to reach submerged ressource nodes

Would love to see more information on post release plans, e.g. features that will definitely be added over the coming months.
Our first content update just released today! It has a lot of new features and fixes, but one of them is a Water Treatment building that allows you to harvest water from the ocean.
