You can launch satellites to unlock additional sectors in the Orbital View! If all of your Spaceports are currently busy, you can cancel orbital special projects by selecting the right-most red X. Keep in mind that you cannot cancel a colonist migration that is in transit when the colonists are already on their way to Earth or on their way to their new home on Mars.
The spaceport mechanics need to be presented much better to the player. Possibly just the UI needs some more information the player can use to quickly identify how to expand their space operations.
Spaceports are limited to one action at a time, despite having multiple runways and facilities visible in its physical model. The colonist migration task (the first and only task available for the spaceport) cannot be cancelled unless you just happen to look at it while the rocket is still on Earth.
We need to be able to cancel the task at any time to queue up switching activities once the colonist rocket lands.
Needs to be on Earth (first 5M) to cancel.
Thanks, guys... Will try to wait until it goes back to Earth and see if that works... Makes sense, when you think about it.
A few unexplained things, but a really great game so far...
