I don't think Kimi ga Nozumu Eien aka Rumbling Hearts will be released in English for sale on Steam as the game's anime adaptation didn't get popular anywhere except Japan back in 2004, otherwise the DVD edition will be sold by J-List with the game uncensored and in English than being available only in Japan.

Of course anime adaptations won't be popular, they were aimed at VN fans.
But now that Muv-Luv is avaliable selling those games would be way easier.

Well as of earlier today we know KimiNozo official English release is coming. Maybe KimiIta will come one day as well.
