We're looking in to this issue, for people who are having problems please write down the OS/Locale
This is a possible workaround but try using locale emulator or changing your system locale to English.

The fix to this error is now live. If you're still experiencing this error try validating cache/restarting steam. Still getting the error? Let us know your OS/Locale.

hello do you know why my game wont open? when i first opened it i wanted to continue where i left off and then this message appeared that said "not a valid function type" so i re-downloaded the game and now it wont open do you know how to fix this issue?
