I managed to do win this but I did not get the achievement?

Some of the achievment events appear to be bugged. Basically, all achievements are just cards that get automatically played on the final turn if conditions are correct, similar to the way all events in the game work (hidden cards that play automatically if the proper conditions are met). The developers abandoned this game a while back, but if the achievement not triggering is a fault within the way the "achievement card" gets played, I might be able to fix it.

I don't think Fuel Crisis is one of the achievements that is broken. Can you post your save game?

My mistake, wrong mission. I was doing the Oil fix it mission.
