Bug with strange white circle after several Ctrl key

When: I want to hide (first ctrl) but quickly changed my mind (second ctrl).
Reproduction: several (two?) fast ctrl

My guess: it is connected with Power Toys.
I have installed Power Toys with enabled option ~"find my mouse cursor" (e.g. double ctrl).

At windows I have animation filled white circle from big to small/none.
At game I have only big filled white circle (until next ctrl).
