Can't complete The Windfall Shipment
Not a HUUUGE deal but because I already found the signal redirector in the prison, it won't let me pick up the one in the Windfall crate so the quest stays unfinished.

Am in same boat. Any fix? I know it's a free game but a bit stupid having two objects the same for different quests
