[BUG] Issue with Interchange Data Block Delta

I have activated all data stores in Interchange but for some reason Data Store Delta is still dark and not showing as resolved. The cables leading to Central Processing are dark yet the power switch in the floor is showing active power. I have activated the Central Processor which is showing as resolved but it will not disappear as a completed lead because the lead "Data Store Delta is offline" has not resolved.
