I picked this rifle up in the village, but I swapped it out with the assault rifle from a trader.

Outlaws often carry them in Slatten Dale and especially Northwest Skethermoor.

Run through Skethermoor a few times, killing the bandits as they respawn.

outlaw bot carry them in the interchange when they spawn there once you get the battery up and running great spot to farm them and other weapons there.

what part of the interchange i have opened two areas. but only 1 battery in both
