Storage System - where to find?

I find it kind of hard to actually find stations of the storage system. So far I just found the starting one and the one in L5.

There must be one like in Wyndham too, right? Can anybody tell me where?

In the Interchange entrance just behind the church. Don't be seen entering by soldiers

Seems to be every bunker has one pipe system.
