im trying to collect the notes and apparently i need one to spit on/at me but non of them will spit. how can i get them to

Pull a gun on them usually works. There's three or so in the road tunnel in Casterfell Woods (on the right side of the map between the radio tower and the beach) that always spit at me if I disturb them.

cool tanks ya i got it from the one in the bunker on the broken bridge by jumping on the crates by the fence and shooting him and waiting till he spit take a few trys to get the right spot though
