Does Ammo and other items re spawn ?

ammo and other craftables re spawn after a few days or is it, what you find is it and nothing else except from traders?

loot in the world including boxes do not, venders re roll there stock after some time (tho i dont 100% how long) best place to get mats are randomly from enemy's

even enemies carrying guns frequently dont have any ammo for that gun

odd every enemy carrying a gun will always have 1-3 bullets on normal difficulty
assuming they did not use it all shooting at you

i can hardly recall ever finding ammo on them. its mostly just the gun and no ammo even if theyve been unloading into my face moments before

im on challenging difficulty, which was the default option.

They'll usually have a couple of bullets for the gun, unless they expend them all shooting you. Though you don't generally have to expend resources to get it; cricket bat to the face is always free.
