SPOILER HEAVY! Regarding the ending, I had a weird bug.
So I decided to posion Oberon but when I escaped I couldn't go to Holder, he was no longer an option. The only option I had left was the Operator and he thanked me for using the posion So no idea if that was a bug or not.

look up a youtube video of where holder is. i had a similar issue because the pathing was unclear, but i was going to the wrong part of the interchange.

His thread has a X through it. And I'm standing right where he should be and hes not there, I've had him fall over dead before for no reason so that might have happened again. I'm not going to search for his body though, I'll watch the other ending on YouTube.
