Lower level - medical - Stuck getting out.

Stuck after getting sample 1. Jumped down after opening elevator at medical with keycard from Holder. Obtained the sample and then went through caverns at this level. Returned to elevator, crawled under elevator door but cannot jump up to the next level. NB: There is no elevator. Cannot jump high enough to reach upper level, so am stuck at this level.

Don't go back to the elevator. If you look around you should find an exit into the quarantine tunnels. If you follow those to the end there's a gap in the wall you can slip through which returns you to the main Interchange area.

Aha.... Must have missed the gap!
