I would personally go with the Bullpup, since it has a nice scope, but thats just me. I would also consider having one decent ranged weapon for high damage kills, like a sniper, and considering ammo is moderately scarce, using a rifle for both fully suto and single shot would be a burden on that ammo type.
Consider using a SMG for that and the Lee as a sniper Both SMG end up with High Damage rating as well, so they should be good for most enemies.
I wish the lee4 would have a proper scope.
I just answered someone earlier about the JM-3
You can find a pre-upgraded (MODIFIED JM-3) in the cave that you've been to. However, since you find this one Modified (pre-upgraded) it lands in between a Stock JM-3 and a Pristine JM-3 when it comes to damage.
The Modified JM-3 does High Damage where the Pristine JM-3 does Very High Damage, you just have to upgrade one from Rusty > Stock > Pristine. Whereas the Modified JM-3 will always have the stats that it comes with.
That's ONE of the big things I wish this game had, precise damage numbers.
