game breaking bud end of the game

Basically i just killed oberon and went back to the central processor, but the two hallways are now closed, and i cant open them? Im basically stuck in the central processor and can only go back to where the end game is. I physically cannot leave to escape. What the hell?

There are 3 hallways total, 1 or 2 are closed based on your decisions and means of possible escape.

i beat the game a couple times, every time one hallway would be destroyed and 2 would be open.

Right now, i have one destroyed and 2 somehow closed. No way of leaving, I think its a bug.
