How long to complete the game ?

15 hours that's a lie from one streamer. If you want clear everything, it's about 20-25. I finished the game after 29 hrs. Of course, difficulty lvl matter.

Took me around 15 hours too. did not complete everrything though, but feel like i did most.. i'd consider it a standard playtrough

Depends on how fast you play and if you do side quests or not. I did 3 endings in 10 hours and did some but not all side quests. So I think for a full 100 percent and all achievements you could do it in like 15 hours. I didn't enjoy the game enough to do the other endings.
