Pneumatic tube storage bug

The pneumatic tube at the interchange stopped working very early on in the game and it and has never worked since. Now the one in the Dam security office has also stopped working. I have quit and restarted the game numerous times and I am playing with an xbox controller although I tried with K/M too.

The only connection I can think of is both times they stopped working after I had some combat close by. Any ideas?

There's one at each Interchange door, and one in Central Processing. There's also a few more in other important areas.

Check the others ones in the other Interchange doors, but save before hand. No idea how to resolve the bug. Try lowering and raising the difficulty, it might refresh some stuff.
