How much survival element

How much "survival" style game play is involved in this game? I'm not a fan of the survival genre.

The only survival thing here is crafting and gathering components for crafting (moreover, it is mostly optional, and I find myself not doing it very often). That's pretty much the extent of survival here. The rest is just a FPS in semi-open world with RPG choices system.

survival is just collect cloth and alcohol to make bandage, scrap and oil to make gun upgrades, chemicals and glass to make boosters for fire poison and rad resistance

very basic stuff. there is no being hungry and thirsty, getting diseased or needing to poop type stuff
