How can i enter these areas and survive ?

You need go find Jago or whatever the crazy old ladies name is in the woods area. The Baker in the village can give you info on her and the stuff you need

Also there's a key card in Medical in the interchange which unlocks a place in the village where you get an injection to boost your resistance against the blue stuff

The voices from the spores tell you about Mother in the woods Her tonic is hard to craft early on tho, getting the Blue resistance is MUCH better, but its kinda a coin toss on IF it works well or not.

if you go in medical theres a church key that unlocks under it a guy in there gives you a trait that imroves your res to it
