Secret parts to the starter bunker

Did anyone notice there are 2 secret doors at the start bunker which need power to open, did anyone find out how?

I do know there is a activate thing on the wall out where the robot is, where the light is near the second maglock door. Threw my knife around to see if I could hit something, lost the knife...

You'll need Signal Redirector (obtained much later) to do more at starter bunker.

There are lots of secret places / puzzle type things in the first area, looking forward to figuring them out in the future!
