NPC Bill Anderson - Bot Voice

It appears the developers forgot or didn't do voice lines for this NPC located in Wyndham Village at the north left dock, it's a male NPC who sounds like an AI women's voice, totally confused me when I first heard it lol

oh i wasnt the only one lol there was also another in the location he takes u after a while a voice in ya head sounds exactly the same as bill along with a texture missing on the wall in the cellar bill tells u to meet him in

He's an "old salt of the sea". I think they all sound like that.

its a bug
the game is thinking the dlc is released and allowing you access to unfinished npcs, content and locations.

dont save on the island he takes you to, your saves will get bugged apparently

possible workaround is to deactivate the dlc in steam, and reenable it when you see a patch confirming its fixed, or when the dlc actually releases

Ah well that makes sense, I went to the island and then turned back around and went back to the village.
