I wonderedthe same since I just got home and tried it to find no install and a load of topics (like your repeat one) about it. I relogged the computer and now I am downloading it.

Seems like anyone who brought a key from a third party seller can't install the game yet. I hope it's rectified soon or I'll be contacting my bank.
