Bought my key from fanatical. After Molly_Rebellion replied saying it was fixed, i cleared my steam settings download cache, restarted steam and it's downloading now. Good luck all.

Habe die Deluxe-Version geholt. Erst war der Installation-Button nicht da :( Alle pendings Downloads rausgeworfen... Habe dann Steam komplett neu gestartet und da war er der Button. Das Game lädt jetzt :)))) Jubel Jubel Freu Freu

Usually to fix something like that restart steam, then try clearing download cache and restart steam again. If the first two don't work then try making sure cache is clear and reboot computer.

I had the same issue (got it from Steam), after I restarted the steam app it worked!?
