첫 게시자: Plasmapause:

It's basically all the round call dlc in one bundle.
Changes the round voice:
"First clause"
"Divide"
"Second clause"
"Third clause"
"Counter"
"A new sacrifice comes to you"
"Breakdown"
"Winner [character name]"

They're in English btw.
You can change them in option->sound settings->Roundcall

You also forgot that they also speak the game's name in the title screen, not a of people notice it unless they have the character's voice set after returning to the title screen or next boot/launch of the game.
