IC stands for Increase, which is their term for normal attacks that you hold the button to do. (the "j." refers to a jump attack)

The View explanation menu tells you it's in the pause menu.

Now that im on here, there's a combo that is jump in A then its CS (Chain shiftable), how do i execute this and what is it? I will go through all of the tutorials and ill most likely find out about this eventually anyways, but if anybody wants to give the answer here, i would appreciate it!

Chain Shift is executed by double-tapping D (and you have to have Vorpal to use it).

Keep in mind the charged version of a button is often very different. For example Carmine's charged 6C is an overhead, while uncharged 6C is not
