Is online dead?
It can't be. Whenever I look for Ranked matches or Player rooms, I always get "No matches or rooms found".

It's pretty much dead when compared with other Fighting Game giants like DBFZ, SFV, and BBTAG. The only ones left are mostly very new players that got roped in by BBTAG (me included), and the loyal fans and players of this franchise.

Your best bet of finding a match is actually to go into a discord or any local fighting game community and find players to play against.

Theres usually no lobbies up, but there are actually people avidly looking for matches. I usually open up a lobby and people randomly join after about 15-30 mins of waiting. I just watch youtube while I wait. I'd say it's dead during certain times though, typically around 6-12AM (PST) is when no one will join my lobbies.

You can also check out the UNIST reddit discord and ask around for people to play with.

I usually find matches in Ranked Match, and I could always go ask on the Discord if I wanted a serious set.

I'm in the midwest if the regionlock is real.

SFV not count cuz is garbage lol . we talking about games of quality like UNIST , DBFZ, BB, BBTAG, GGXRDREV2, Hell even KI , but SFV lol

Except it's not dead in SEA, but y'know. Regional differences. Probably dead in America since you guys always lose to asians in anime fighting games and can't take those Ls. Big oof right there my man.
