How to open the game in steam VR instead of oculus vr

I want to open the game in steamvr but it keeps opening in oculus VR and I'd rather not use oculus VR Iv looked everywhere no one has an answer anyone got one for me please?

Hi there, VAIL VR is an OpenXR title and requires OpenXR compatible runtimes. Meta insists users use the OculusXR runtime and that is the closest we can reasonably get to the hardware as devs for now.

Was there a specific reason you were trying to use a different runtime?

Currently I use a Quest 3 and play through PCVR using the Steam Link on the Headset itself. As long as the Headset and my computer are on the same network then it lets me connect and I play that way.
