GTX 1070 graphics card

Could I play this game with a GTX 1070 graphics card?

I have AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core microprocessor and 32 GB RAM.
I can play games like contractor, onward, war dust, flight simulator, DCS..... without any problem.
Some time ago I requested access to the alpha but I have not had a response.

Absolutely you can. I have a 3800X and 32gb ram with a 3060. You'd be able to max it.

If you lower settings enough maybe but keep in mind the Minimum they say is a 1080.

As they said above, our minimum system requirement is a 1080. We have a few users who're able to run the game on a 1070, however we cannot guarantee high FPS or particularly performant gameplay. Here's the list of our official system requirements;
