*minor spoilers* stuck please help

Hi all. Can anyone help please?
I'm on chapter 6 and need the account number but I can't remember it and I'm locked out of the room where the number was.

Why are the numbers randomly generated? Why aren't the numbers saved in my inventory? I've been playing this game over a week an hour here and there. I didn't write it down, what do I do? :(

Once you use it to get the item, you shouldn't need it again. And there's no chapter 6, only 5.

No you need to use it twice. One for the key one for the phone.

the clue for the account numbers is in the drawer in La Rouges secret lair underneath the screen. You may need to aquire the key for it though

Hi Lina, thanks yes you're right. Later on that door will be locked to you for the remainder of the game and if you don't remember the account number you won't be able to complete a task.
I realized that task is an achievement side quest and not part of the main story.
I was missing an item that was very difficult to find. I've now finished the game.
