Chapter 5 - can't replay it

Hi
I played the game through completely a while back , decided to play chapter 5 again today as i am missing a few achievements, but i only have the option to continue on chapter 5 and it always goes to the last cutscene then the credits then agent A warning agent B, i can't ever restart chaper 5, what am i missing?
Note the other chapters all say Begin when i have clicked on them

The menu design is a bit wonky. You can either continue the current chapter or start from the beginning of a different one.

To restart chapter 5 you first need to go to any other chapter.

You can also reset all your game progress in the settings to start over :)
