Any hints on the lights puzzle of Chapter 3? :)

But I can't for the life of me figure out what the pattern is! I already have all the batteries except for that one.

I'm struggling here. I've done the pattern on the sheet. I even did it in reverse but it doesn't seem to be working. Am I missing something else?

Edit: Nevermind, I forgot I had to spin it up with that crank on the floor!

So I placed the pegs per the pattern on the note and spun up the crank...what does it do? Nothing past that point seems to be clickable. What am I missing?

The board is turning, so you need to reverse the pattern from the lipstick note.
