Confused about number sequence in Chapter 3.

I have been playing this game for a while, but I could not find any clues for what number the symbol that looks like a triangle with a line through its center and the circle with a line in the center, does any know the answer and are the numbers supposed to be random numbers for the three safe codes every time you play the game?

Look at the chart and notice the pattern to guess the unknown numbers.
Solving other puzzles in the room will give you the correct codes.

Thank you for your answer. I was looking on youtube and someone else's comments they mentioned about that. They said that first odd sign is 9 and the second odd sign is 14; in case anyone else has problems with this one here are the answers.

As the previous poster stated, there's a pattern to the numbers. Top row increases by 3 with each successive number. Second row by 4. So the third row would go by 5, making those two mystery numbers 9 and 14.
