Got the menu to change but i can't get the english to show up what am I doing wrong?

i followed ALL the steps and still cannot figure out how to get english working, the menu did change though.

also when i reset my pc the mod goes away for the menu wtf?

Maybe try setting write protect to the file properties after you did the mod, to prevent them getting changed by steam.
