I've heard of people playing the physical game with 6 players (Which sounds agonizing to me, but, to each his or her own), but it's not possible on the digital version.
Wouldn't most of the cards in the deck be useless?
It is a great game (the board game) so I encourage you to give it a try if you have not yet, but NOT THIS version, which has been terrible since release. There are better digital versions that are free to play.
