These developers seem to never test their releases. My goodness you would only have had to play a game or two to notice that.

It's not actually necessary, of course, to actually PLAY a game when testing code. That's one of the great things about programming. Programmers can just ... TEST THE CODE itself; in the IDE (Integrated Development Environment), using cool features like a debugger and other such diagnostic tools.
It's a lesson usually learned in the first week of programming school.

Nope, it shows the cost reduction on the cards now, but it doesn't actually apply the cost reduction.
