Can't play Online

As per title, since the release of the BIg Box i cant play online anymore. The button is always red, cant even check my profile. This is real bad, basicallly cant play the game.

This has been the case for me for almost a year and a half.

Are you playing on an ipad? I am. If I uninstall and reinstall, I can unfreeze the game and play solo or versus the AI, but the moment I click to log in, the game freezes irrecoverably as you described.

No im on windows pc. Already tried unistalling the game, unistalling steam, installin everything again and still nothing. Basically i can only play solo.

I was thinking maybe it was just a problem with my iPad.

Have you tied playing on Board Game Arena? Does not require downloading any software. The cards work properly. The games do not crash. The timers are much better. The matchmaking is better. The ranking system is better. You can review any of your played games, move by move. And, the developers respond to feedback.
