Cross-platform?

Hi.
I already own this game on an Android device. But I would rather play it on my PC.
All my friends play it on smartphone devices though. Is this game cross-platform so I still can play with them if I buy the PC version?

It is cross platform. You can also get the android version and then use an android emulator like bluestacks to play on the pc too. Doesn't look as good though and the controls aren't perfect.

How can I use the Android version? Because I had to buy the game in the Google Play Store, and when I bought it in Steam, this was unnecessary.
