Did you have H&E bought?
And did you go through all the tutorial steps/phases?
Do we get anything tangible or useful for completing these achievements?
Granted, if they're going to bother with achievements, they should probably make them work correctly. But I seriously hope nobody actually wants these flawed achievements to take any priority over actually fixing the game itself.
Obviously it should be lower on the priority list, but I use achievements for, well, a sense of achievement for my progress in exploring a game. If I got an achievement I didn't earn, I can't look at my achievements to see what I have and haven't done, and its sitting there telling me I've done things I literally can't as I don't even have the expansions. Its robbing me of my future happy feelings when I would get it done for real. Achievements are satisfying, I like collecting them and this feels like cheating.
The biggest point of this thread, for me at least, is just to make the devs aware its happening, and provide some clarity for confused people who don't understand why they randomly got 10 achievements for going into a menu.
The tricky part is, the developers are too incompetent to read these forums and determine what's priority and what isn't. They are likely to spend weeks fixing these achievements and then think they've done some superb job fixing the game, without actually doing anything to fix the actual game.
haha possibly, I do tend to forget that the awesome indie teams on most my games aren't the standard lol.
Probably not catched in QA because tester tested it having a rich configuration with all DLCs.
I just have a base game and also got about 10 achievements from different tutorials.
