Can't Login or Go online
Not sure why this happened but my profile button is red, and does nothing when clicked, and the same for the online button. I have been playing this game online for months and this just randomly happened. Tried contacting Asmodee support with no response for a week now.

Anyone with solutions to fix this issue?
I have already tried turning off firewalls, and I don't have a VPN.

Edit: So I just checked and I can now go online, I guess it was a server issue? Not sure but I think anyone who gets this problem should report to asmodee and hope for the best

I got the some problem here.
"Profile" and "Online"-buttons are non-functional. I got a yellow blip next to my "Profile"-button.
Any help appreciated!

Similar reports have been coming in for a long time, getting no response from the company.
It's unreliable and there are no signs of that changing. Sorry.

I just received an answer from Asmodee-support. I'm not at my PC so I can't check if any of this helps at all, but I thought I'll post it here for everyone to try:

Hi to both of u, did u solved the problem i cant log in for the past 3 days and asmodee hasnt contacted me .. tried what they told Thorin but doesnt work for me

Didn't work for me either.
The only option I was able to test was the first one, because for the other options I woukd need to get online with the game. And that doesn't work.
I'm sad... :-/

No overall I think the problem for not being able to log in is on their server side not our computers. So we just have to wait it seems.

Well I just check now, and it seems to be fixed for me. So i guess asmodee did eventually fix it on their side.

I'm a bit surprised, that I wasn't able to play online after I did a week or so ago.

I am curious though if there was a change on the Asmodee-side of things. After logging in into my Asmodee-account via website, there was a different Steam-account linked to it. Although I played with this Steam-account online and the online-play was logged in the exact same Asmodee-account.
No idea what's happening there...

No. It happens randomly nd intermittently. The incompetent staff at asmodee is generally incapable of fixing anything.

It still shows a player's starting stats if he tries to check his rating, games played or karma in the game lobby. that's a ridiculously easy fix, and it has remained unfixed for almost a year.

Ok.
I just checked and was surprised: the March update seems to have fixed the issue for me. I can. once again, log in and play online.
If you had the same issue, maybe it's time to try it again?

I just lost the ability to connect
Everything is ok with my account, my connection to Internet
Asmodee sucks so bad...unbelievable
