[Request] Can we get a warning about city placement?

Can we get a warning built into the game that alerts us when there isn't any legal placements for cities before we accept the action.

I know that a thorough investigation of the board would also give me the answer but it would be nice and cleaner just to have the game check for me if theres any spots to place city.

Currently the action just commences, you pay 25 MC, get 1 MC production, and a big phallic shaped object in your mouth with no way to take it out.

Add a warning!

Well, if you can't place a city tile, you are not allowed to do the city standard project action so apparently there is a bug there.

Correct. I'm guessing no one has reported it because it's kind of trivial, but I suppose it's worth adding to the list. The action should be grayed out. Someone could swipe the banker award improperly by using that bug.
